Express City Hotel - Shymkent

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they spoke English very well. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a nice breakfast included. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city near many great restaurants and transportation options.

Secondly, the location couldn't be better, with restaurants and shops nearby. Lastly, I was impressed by the attentive staff who provided excellent service throughout my stay.

One minor drawback I encountered during my stay was the size of the room. While it had all the essentials, it was quite small for more than one person.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive. They were friendly and helpful, but sometimes they seemed a bit distracted or busy with their own tasks.

Some guests complained about mold near the mirror in the bathroom, which made it unpleasant to use.
